Ahhmmmm .... I don’t think you should talk about how the lovely lady has a certain kind of anatomical feature that is typical of males.
And I don’t think you should rebuke someone for their “sensitivity”.

I agree...she has a great set of WHALE SIZED ovaries, a great kiplingesque “female of the species”!
She feeds them the milk of graciousness then when lulled, she spikes their temples with the truth!
