Mark Levin blasted U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan on "Hannity" Thursday, accusing him of going "rogue" in his handling of the case of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
Earlier this week, Sullivan appointed former New York federal judge John Gleeson to submit a brief opposing the Justice Department's (DOJ's) motion to dismiss the case against Flynn and considering whether Flynn could be held in contempt of court for perjury.
Levin addressed Sullivan, saying he needs a "case or controversy" to continue proceedings against Flynn.

How?!
BTTT
“How?!”
It’s in the video at the link. I know, it’s a lot to ask...
“You think you are the law? The United States Supreme Court ... in the unanimous decision ... written by Ruth Bader Ginsburg took a situation like this where the Ninth Circuit was using amicus curiae/friend of court briefs to change the nature and position the case — not what the parties were fighting over but what the court wanted them to fight over.”
“Get off the case, ya big dope!”
Laura Ingraham mentioned Adam Entous (who I recall from his Reuters’ day) re Flynn WaPo leak today:
New Yorker: Adam Entous joined The New Yorker as a staff writer in 2018, covering intelligence, national security, and foreign affairs. While working at the Washington Post, Adam shared a Pulitzer Prize and a special Polk Award for stories that led to the firing of President Trumps first national-security adviser and to the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate Russias role in the 2016 Presidential election...
Previously, Adam worked at the Wall Street Journal, where he covered national security. Before joining the Journal, Adam served as a senior correspondent for Reuters based in Jerusalem and covered the White House and Congress. He lives in Washington, D.C.

apparently, Techno_Fog broke the Entous/Flynn story. Entous/Rachele Maddow interview mentioned in this thread:

Developing
The INITIAL Flynn/Kislyak leak was not to David Ignatius it
was to WaPo reporter Adam Entous.
The leak came directly from sources [who] saw a transcript and described it to [Entous].
10 May 2020
2/We suspect the Flynn/Kislyak occurred around 1/5/17 - the same date Obama was allegedly briefed on the call by Clapper.
This date coincides with Entous reporting on other “intercepted communications” from Russian officials leaked to Entous...
Entous: “My sources start whispering to me that there were these mysterious communications” between Flynn and Kislyak.
This caused an internal WaPo discussion about whether to run the Flynn/Kislyak story.
To his credit, Entous didn’t find it newsworthy.

ignore the Howard Kurtz video, but there’s much more in the text:
10 May: Fox News: Washington Post had ‘divisions in the newsroom’ over Flynn’s Russia calls, before publishing opinion piece
By Gregg Re; Fox News’ Brooke Singman and Wilson Miller contributed to this report...
But, Ignatius wasn’t the only one at the paper with information on the communications. Washington Post reporter Adam Entous stated at a 2018 Georgetown Law panel discussion (LINK) that sources start whispering to me that there were all these mysterious communications between Michael Flynn, who was then the National Security Advisor designate for Trump and the Russian ambassador, Kislyak....
According to Entous, this information caused divisions within the newsroom.
The transcript of Entous’ remarks at Georegetown was first spotted Sunday by Twitter user Techno_Fog, who has extensively reported on the Trump-Russia investigation...

If Flynn is allowed to walk away from his sworn guilty plea, won't that nullify the guilty pleas of the other 96%?
Why can't all of them now claim prosecutorial misconduct, or incompetent defense attorneys, or petition for new discovery, or petition to submit new evidence?
Given the level of corruption on display from DOJ and FBI, is that necessarily a bad thing?
ALL THESE TRAITORS GETTING AWAY SCOTT FREE, WHAT DOJ?
WHAT CONSTITUTION?
Have you ever heard of coerced confession?
Haha. Caught me.
What is the second judge, John Gleeson, doing here? If Sullivan called him beforehand, shouldn’t he have declined and/or tried to talk him out of it? If he’s just hearing about this, shouldn’t he have criticized it immediately?
