I’ve bought hundreds of tamales from the trunk of some shady dude’s car in the Fry’s parking lot. Trunk Tamale season in AZ starts the day after Thanksgiving.
Every year I say I’m going to make tamales, but it’s just too easy to find a tamale lady and buy them. Probably better than what I’d make, too.
