If the California version of “ballot harvesting” can be declared an illegal and unconstitutional interference in the election system, then Republicans (and other minority parties) stand an outside chance of actually getting an honest tally on the vote count.

As it is, “voting” in California is about as honest and valid as “voting” in the old Soviet Union. Kabuki theater, no real competitive votes permitted.
