The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday revived a lawsuit from the Maryland and Washington, D.C. attorneys general that accuses President Trump of violating the Constitution’s Foreign and Domestic Emoluments Clauses by benefiting from use of the Trump International Hotel by foreign and U.S. officials. Business at the hotel has been so bad since the economy crashed that The Trump Organization is trying to renegotiate the lease. Hard to see how Trump is benefitting from foreign governments under these conditions.

Currently, there are 8 ‘Rat appointees and 7 GOP appointees. Today’s decision was 9-6, with faithless Bush 43 appointee Roger Gregory voting with the 8 ‘Rats. The author of the majority opinion, Diana Motz from Baltimore, is a particularly nasty ‘Rat.
