Judicial Watch today announced that the National Security Council (NSC) on May 23, 2017, informed it by letter that the materials regarding the unmasking by Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice of “the identities of any U.S. citizens associated with the Trump presidential campaign or transition team” have been removed to the Obama Library.....
The agency also informed Judicial Watch that it would not turn over communications with any Intelligence Community member or agency concerning the alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election; the hacking of DNC computers; or the suspected communications between Russia and Trump campaign/transition officials.
Specifically, the NSC told Judicial Watch:
Documents from the Obama administration have been transferred to the Barack Obama Presidential Library. You may send your request to the Obama Library. However, you should be aware that under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential records remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

The Presidential Records Act does not seal National Security information from our Intelligence Director. The NSA has them-- and they are not publicly divulged in the manner of the other declassified names.
Point of fact is that it was public knowledge 6 months into 2017 that Rice admitted to unmasking...but NOT who was unmasked. It wasn't just Flynn and she is in deep shite for macro-managing obamaumao's national political surveillance STASI system.
She is not immune, and these records, while not available in FOIA to Judicial Watch--- they ARE available to President Trump and the DNI Grenell. Rice and obi won thought they could "get ahead of it" along with Rice's 15 minutes after Trump is sworn in note to her self about obamaumao demanding "we go by the book". Pure silly CYA. Not getting away with it then or now.

I believe the President has the power to “pull back” records from the National Archives/Record Centers and other govt document repository on “national security grounds” among other justifications for the request (criminal cases, other law suits, etc).
Once things get hidden in the Obama library, the Obama Rats will make sure that they are eaten or “disappeared”.
You should have seen the documents I got with a FOIA request before they were legitimately being shipped from the National Archives (NARA) to a presidential library. If I hadn’t put in my request when I did, those records would NOT have been available for at least 2 years due to the moving/new processing-preservation at the final Library and earlier queued legitimate requests from other researchers for documents.
I suspect that most incriminating documents re Obama, his staff/administration re acts of treason have long since been destroyed or filed in wrong folders so that they might never be found again. And if not, I’m sure Obama had a “Sandy Burglar Berger” on his “hit squad” staff for dirty tricks and coverups.
