Clown Show: Flynn Was Never Charged With Perjury, But Now Could Be Facing Charges...of Perjury
Townhall ^ | 05/12/2020 | Matt Vespa

Ex-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s war with the government isn’t over just yet. He scored a decisive win, with the Department of Justice filing a motion to dismiss the bogus “lying to the FBI” charges against him. Charges that were politically motivated, part of an elaborate and expansive FBI plot to entrap the former top Trump official. James Comey and Andrew McCabe were out to get Flynn no matter the cost. Department policy and the Constitution be damned; they were going to him. Flynn was the target of the FBI’s counterintelligence probe into Russian collusion because he spoke with the Russians…because that’s what incoming national security advisers do. That’s their job. In the end, there was no evidence of collusion—nothing. There was no evidence to even target Flynn in a counterintelligence probe. And yet, the anti-Trump elements at the DOJ proceeded anyway. The FBI was running amok.

Now, even as Flynn is closer to total and complete victory, the judge presiding over the case, Judge Emmett Sullivan, a Clinton-era appointee, is gumming up the works. As Beth wrote last night, he’s allowing amicus briefs to be filed from the most viciously anti-Trump elements in our legal system in opposition to the DOJ motion.

Sullivan should start looking at retirement options.

Sullivan needs to start looking for a lawyer to represent him.

Babylon Bee Like Headline - “FBI recommends DOJ prosecutors charge Gen. Flynn with prejury for pleading guilty to a crime he clearly did not commit.” Satire aside, even the corrupt FBI would not contemplate what Judge Sullivan is attempting.

Wonder if Barr will submit copies of those documents to Judge Sullivan, explaining the basis of his decision. Sullivan, given the documents, will persist in his vendetta. He is nothing but a subservient political hack. The politicization of the judiciary, in Washington, DC and norther Virginia the judiciary is a Democratic cesspool, will make it nearly impossible to prosecute Brennan, Comey, Mc Cabe et al. The juries and grand juries will be full of loyal Obama loving Democrats. Justice will not prevail through the judicial system.

How many more months will this farce go on before the SCOTUS slaps Sullivan down?

And now Sullivan has literally appointed an attorney to argue IN COURT against the AG’s motion. So now it’’s a 3 sided case. The AG, the defense, and a special prosecutor appointed BY THE COURT, to oppose the AG!

This needs to be shot down tomorrow in an emergency appeal.

As stated “perjury” charges.. by the “leaked” Obamaumao call to action audio about ‘danger to the Rule of Law!”

the Marxist criminal scum was signalling the Lawfare and other demonrat animals of the “legal” profession to come forward with amicus curiae.

And obamaumao was signalling his paid off judge pal about what to do. Cite Flynn with contempt for Perjury.

Can’t make this up. Obamaumao is a private citizen- he is committing a CRIME sending out the jungle drums on this— and the link between this Gleeson ahole and Andrew Weissman (the Mueller animal who brought this on Flynn, through the auspices of Peter Strozk who was ON the Mueller team, until the lovy dovey emails with Lisa Page compromised him. It was Strozk who arranged the ORIGINAL Flynn judge— one of the FISA court judges no less, and who had to recuse himself as a result of the FISA conflict of interest and poisoning him as a judge. Judge Contreras— friends with Strzok saw him at a party documented in the emails Strzok to Page.

Emmett Sullivan got this case under what was said to be “random selection”..... Yeah, Right. Let’s find out who pushed the buttons to get Emmett Sullivan, the same judge who tried the fraudulent case against Senator Ted Stevens.

This is a ROTTEN judge— he is tainted, and not doubt on the clinton payroll-— to protect hitlery’s protector obamaumao. This is how the GANG of dems in DC protect each other in their criminal enterprise.

It's still two-sided. Only this time the AG and defense are on the same side versus the corrupt judge and his buddy.

I get your point. But it’s utterly improper. A judge doesn’t get to appoint an extra prosecutor to oppose the other prosecutor!

What Barr needs to do, is bombard the Judge, and the world, with the ugly facts,...that the DOJ could not prove a crime, they never had grounds to interview Flynn, they were fishing, they initially said he was honest, they doctored 302 reports, there was no tape recording of the supposed lie, there was nothing material to lie about because the FBI had no crime besides the ridiculous Logan Act. (This was a vendetta by Obama because he had been embarrassed by Flynn in 2014 about Islamic terrorism, and Obama never forgot it.) It became a clear example of the hideous Lavrenti Beria maxim, ‘show me the man and I’ll find you the crime’. They were never going to let Flynn alone, they were going to create something.

Look, if Sullivan puts Flynn in jail, it is a clear civil rights violation, and they’ll take it to the next court. They will then find an adult. I do not want a pardon for this man, I want a fair judge to look at the unfair facts, and see that he was framed, and release Flynn for the sake of justice.

This also impacts the need to appoint judges, and constantly rebuild it with new conservatives who abide by the law and not the politics.

What the flux are we talking about here anyway? Obama ran this three ring Russia circus for FOUR years, on no facts, on no evidence, and every moron that worked for him said under oath - they never saw any evidence of Trump’s supposed collusion. Hillary put together this toxic waste dump of a dossier, mostly Russian disinformation, and this corrupt FBI used it to spy on American citizens. They unmasked Americans and leaked their private phone calls to the lapdog media, which is a felony, so it would help to embarrass Trump. So then what is it? Do these lying Dems have any standing in crying foul now that the whole whore house is going up in flames? Clapper, Comey, Brennan, Mueller, Strozk, Page - the whole rotten bunch getting roasted. They knew early on there was no Russian collusion by Trump, but they used the law enforcement arm of the government to threaten everyone in his campaign, literally torturing Manafort with solitary confinement on a tax charge, to get them to make up crimes about Trump. They wanted to remove a lawfully elected President and would shred the Constitution in order to do it.

If you see Mueller in the street - call him a liar. He’s an un-American piece of shit, and he can burn his Bronze Star. Tell him, ‘Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.’ Tell him ‘Thanks for 3 years of lies, scumbag.’ Does he respect anything? Trump was innocent and he knew it, but Mueller continued down this path. What for? Money? Hatred of Trump? Mueller shat upon America. This grotesque Stalinist show trial was used by the Dems and their media to win the House in 2018. They lied to steal that election. Which has been the unnamed sin in this entire debacle.

I bet defense counsel moves for a stay to take an immediate appeal a) to have Sullivan removed from the case for taking a prosecutorial position welcoming briefs from outsiders to justify his jailing the defendant and b) to disallow his decision for friend of the court briefs to supplant the prosecutor. The guy is a Dem partisan hack and a pretty stupid one at that

Instead of a pardon, I want Trump to declassify EVERYTHING. I mean a national day of sunshine. It’s obvious that no democrat can ever be prosecuted in DC. (91% Hillary, and 4% Trump)
The only way this gets tried in in the court of opinion and at the ballot box.

We need a day of radical honesty. I don’t care if sources and methods get exposed because that is their method of conducting a coup. There should be ZERO secrets on anything having to do with the 2016 election, or the coup, or the Russia scam. Every damned word should be public. He has the power to declassify absolutely ANYTHING without review.

It’s time for the disinfecting sunshine President Trump.

Sullivan can’t stop the inevitable, and he knows it. His goal is to extend the case as long as he possibly can. Notice you haven’t seen Flynn speak in public or to the press yet? He really can’t until the case has been officially dismissed. When he is free to speak his mind, he will destroy any Deep State narrative about the legitimacy of the Obama admin spying and unmasking on him. That will also rally more public support to his/Trump side and away from the DS/dems. That is what Sullivan’s delays are all about.

Are they going to charge him with lying that he lied? This is Monty Python-esque.

The man signed a confession at a gunpoint on his son by corrupt mafioso nazis. And now the truth has come out, and this ba$tard judge wants to lock him up for contempt....but not the prosecutors who hid evidence, lied in affidavits, and threatened his family.

This has to stop somehow.... or they will create bad things in this nation that nobody wants.

Watergate prosecutor/lawyer Jill Wine-Banks seems to have drunken too much “Wine” and now is trying to revive her public presence. If I were her, I wouldn’t “Bank” on that happening.

Old drunks and legal whores are no longer really in vogue. Ask Gloria Allred and her daughter, Lisa Bloom. They are so yesterday’s legal whores. In fact, ask Michael Avenatti. He was so “Vogue” that he coulda been a contender for something. Today, he’s a jailbird with a jock rash.

What Sullivan did is so obscene that he has to be held accountable.

That is now how U.S. courts work. We have a adversarial system between plaintiffs and defendants, where the judge administers the law. Judges are not laws unto themselves, who can rewrite court rules and the law at will, which is exactly what Sullivan is attempting.

1. Sullivan does not have the authority to appoint counsel independently of the plaintiff or defendant, let alone when the plaintiff, the U.S. has dropped the case.
2. His actions are implied admission that he knew he knew Flynn was innocent and let this go on anyway.
3. He is saying that the state coerced a confession, but since Flynn accept that coercion he's guilty of perjury, that is rewriting the law on perjury.
(He is and has been ignoring DC court rules and USSC rulings too, but that's been tolerated for now)

That is at least three reasons to petition a higher court to intervene.
