Why are they prolonging the inevitable? They don’t have a legal leg to stand on. They must be stalling for some reason.
The stalling is to keep Flynn gagged. I am not sure what is going on with the judge. Is he senile and his clerk running the show? Is he just pissed off at Powell for making him look like a fool? Is he pissed off at Flynn for re-affirming his guilty plea before Brady material was released?
