But I was not inferring that Sullivan needed more evidence to convict or that he wants it.
My intent was to point out that as more dirt is uncovered, more people will be exposed as criminals and there will be more prosecutions, most of which will damage if not destroy the dim party's upper level management.
If trhe dims were not stupid, they would have quit long ago and none of this information would have been exposed.
Yes, I wasn’t trying to counter your point, just adding to the conversation. You would think the left, like the DOJ, would want this to go away before more damage is done.
Sullivan is obviously a “step’n’fetchit for the deep state. Any other judge would be appalled and insulted after the Stevens case.
The time has come to answer the dare.
Judge Sullivan will go for door #3...proceed with the sentencing to force Trump into a pardon.
A partisan who should be disqualified.
A partisan who should be disqualified.
Ah, missed it, but we are on the same page.
If he refuses to dismiss and Flynn appeals, can DOJ just refuse to put on a case?
Howard University. That makes perfect sense.
I once worked with a Howard grad with an “engineering degree”. What a disaster that was.
Every Democrat is corrupt scum.
Didn’t incoming national security adviser to be Flynn meet with the Russian Ambassador in December 2016, AFTER the election was over?
I know, the “experts” were saying Flynn should have waited until January 2017, after Donald Trump was inaugurated.
Crime of the century, according to the left.
Yes, and every new administration does this. But it's hard to weaponize the intelligence community when the former Director of the NSA is the President's National Security Advisor. So they used Kislyak to get rid of both Flynn and Sessions. No highly connected NSA and no AG to gum up the works.
Normally I would agree, but it would be a new “prosecution” which is on-board with Barr’s wishes to throw the whole case out.
It’s been truly depressing seeing the extent of corruption in all branches of the government in the Russia collusion hoax and particularly in the Flynn persecution - the CIA, FBI, the Dept of Justice, Congress (of course), and even the federal judiciary. Our federal government is mostly swamp at this point - draining it would be like cleaning up the Augean Stables, and all that would be left would be an empty shell.
