I think you’re right. For whatever reason I think Durham needs the Flynn case dropped in order to move forward. This case has been dragging on forever with delay after delay which appears to be some kind of game and Sullivan has been going along with it. I think a pardon of Flynn somehow screws up Durham’s plan. Flynn won’t go to jail however this shakes out. Just how much time can Sullivan buy?
