As soon as CA and NY cut all the fat out of their budgets we can talk about helping them (and all states) out. I would start with eliminating all of their subsidies for illegal immigrants.
Won’t happen. Don’t forget Illinois too. They were on their way to being bankrupt before the pandemic.
