While Palestinians certainly deserve to be treated with compassion and dignity, there is no historical evidence that those who lived in the land of Israel prior to Jewish conquest under Joshua in the 13th century BC have any genealogical connection to today’s Palestinians.

historical. Of course Biblically there was Esau and Abraham. The Abrahamic bifurcation is still in evidence at the Herodic shrine at Machpelah. I suppose the skeptic will way that that proves nothing about the modern Palestinians... who can say one way or the other?
