Agreed. It doesn’t look poorly on the researchers at all. I was involved with Cedars Sinai many years ago, raising money for laser research. It didn’t go anywhere with what they were doing, but at least we tried.

I wouldn’t call these people ‘puritans’ though. They are simply haters. They hate Trump and anything related to Trump - the science has nothing to do about it. They say “Conservatives are anti-science” but we know the truth. They are simply deranged people.
