Hillary lost after everybody told her she was going to win. Obama and Trump didn’t like each other. That’s was enough. Right now the hostility between the parties is so great that the thing that would have to be explained is if there wasn’t stuff like this going on.

I don’t agree. The two parties are supposed to give us the appearance of a fight. Bush, McCain, and Romney are closer to Obama and the Clintons than they are to Trump, Trump wasn’t part of the club and they didn’t know and couldn’t control what he would do. Remember the “conservative” Paul Ryan?
