Clever way to trace everyone’s associates and contacts. Try organizing a movement when every single person is traced and linked to another.
...and just about everyone has a phone that can be traced.
It would take some very good, out-of-the-box thinking to subvert this.

I see the “hire locals” mandate (minorities in democrat districts”) is firmly stamped.

It is astounding to see this kind of stuff...
I refuse to think this is even remotely required. Let the local levels deal with this. Feds and Federal Law isn’t needed.
Second, and this is where the brilliant minds of FR can help, is this door to door tracing a violation of ‘search and seizure?’
And in fact, isn’t this proposed law un-Constitutional and illegal?

Hopefully Nanzi Pelosi’s Waffen DNC will be able to find any of those Jews who dare to hide in attics or under the floorboards. /s

I’m using a cell phone Faraday Bag to stop my phone from being tracked in chosen locations. No signals in or out.

If laws allowing the killing of inconvenient babies is Constitutional, then this atrocity most certainly is too.

I actually think this will dissuade folks from getting tested if their symptoms are minor. The fear of being forced into isolation may convince them to take come vitamin C and wait it out. And what of folks that are completely asymptomatic? What will they do to folks who won't even answer the door? SWAT them?
There is no good that will come of HR 666 6.

In the beginning of the ChinaVirus I would have preferred to have seen contact tracing and specific quarantine instead of blanket shutdown of the states. Thus I do not see anything overtly nefarious in the bill. Yet the devil is in the details or more specifically the lack of details contained in the bill's writing. As always, committees add to the bill. Bureaucrats promulgate rules, and given that the public health issue has turned political, this bill if passed could turn into a Covid19 gulag, replete with Rex84 camps.

Rep. Bobby Rush not only doesn’t know anything he doesn’t even suspect anything. His light bulb burns so dim that you’d have to turn the switch off to make it brighter.
