Gosh counselor, if the justice system actually worked like it was supposed to, your client would be alive in jail from the conviction for the 2018 probation violation, instead of a viral video.

"When he was in high school, Arbery was sentenced to five years probation as a first offender on charges of carrying a weapon on campus and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer. He was convicted of probation violation in 2018 after he was charged with shoplifting, court documents show."

Also note that AA is does exactly no running in the video until after a leisurely stroll down a street 15 minutes from his own house, and another 4 minutes in a house under construction, he sees a dark, late-model car come down the street.

Then he discovers his passion for jogging.
