Is something you made up or do you have a source and if so, what is it? I have no doubt that cheating occurred, but there was not enough cheating in the right places to change the outcome of the presidential election -- not even close.
No proof unfortunately. My county in 2008 had a population of about 400,000 and the submitted ballots for the county was about 408,000. There were calls to investigate but the commissioner said there was no overage once they properly counted the ballots and the results were upheld.
Realize also that the GOP was banned by court order to contest voter fraud at the time.
