When Trump sought to provide relief to workers, Pelosi held up the money (twice). I wonder how many Americans suffered, as Pelosi showed off her ice cream?
Well, two can play at that game. And the president is using bailout funds to get his agenda done.

Well run States should not be bailing out poorly run States, using CoronaVirus as the excuse! The elimination of Sanctuary Cities, Payroll Taxes, and perhaps Capital Gains Taxes, must be put on the table. Also lawsuit indemnification & business deductions for restaurants & ent.
Boom! Trump’s got these liberals by the shorts now, doesn’t he? He took to Twitter to say that he would not support any kind of COVID-19 bailouts to states that back unacceptable policies.
He mentioned sanctuary cities, payroll taxes, and even the capital gains tax as things that need to be negotiated.

True. But they’ll have a difficult time with no food, no water and no electricity.
I am not sure how popular eliminating the capital gains tax will be... maybe modify it a bit. I am not too sure about the payroll tax either; SS is already in arrears. Perhaps Trump means temporarily. For my part they could grandfather everyone over 50 and otherwise eliminate SS.
When this virus silliness started I predicted that it wouldn't be long before the 'rats proposed a universal basic income; I said we used to call that 'the Soviet Union'. Here is Pelosi now wanting a universal $2000 a month for everyone - including illegal aliens, of course.
That is a snare obviously. No govt can do that, but once you are in the trap you can't get out without gnawing your leg off. Nuts!
