Think of all the “conservative” Republicans who couldn’t wait to get on television to talk about the 17 intelligence agencies and/or the “Russian meddling” and “hacking”. It was all fake. All of it was intended to bring down President Trump, and his own party played a crucial role.
We should give the Left some credit for it. The scam played on leftover Cold War sensibilities (The Ruskies), and it took advantage of a general lack of knowledge about how “hacking” takes place outside of an old Sandra Bullock movie. That was all aimed right at Trump’s base. As it falls apart, the people who promoted it need to be ruined.
Thus the water carrying aspect.

Good points. Interesting that the 17 “intelligence agencies reports” came from individuals who are up to their eyeballs in this conspiracy.
Yet that “17 Intelligence Agencies Report” blah, blah, blah, is still being used to justify the investigations and allegations.

I went back at took a look at the collection of articles and stories that were written about DJT’s tweet about being “wiretapped.” The media was filled with stories mocking DJT for the “conspiracy theories” designed to ‘distract” us. BBC, among several other outlets ran stories like this one back then, but they are nothing but crickets with the revelations of yesterday and especially that DJT was proven correct - it was Obama and his minions who were doing the spying!
