Was that part of the plan ? God the q tards must realize by now it was all bs .
Per another article on the release:
Rosenstein Scope Memo For Mueller Peddled Steele Dossier, Logan Act Conspiracy Theories
A large section of the scope memo still remains blacked out.
That's one way to put it. Another way to put it is that there is still another subject of the investigation not publicly revealed. Another "crossfire" subject, presumably associated with or linked to the Trump campaign in some way and pursued as an investigative Target by the special council. The whole story is still not out there.
It’s obvious from reading Rosenstein’s August letter to Mueller, which includes a list of new, specific areas that could be investigated, that Mueller’s team spoon-fed that list to Rosenstein, and being the weasel that he is, Rosenstein delivered their wish-list to them on a silver platter.
It will not mean anything until Hillary goes to prison.
Honest questions were never asked during this investigation. When Sessions recused himself it apparently left a bunch of partisans who frankly do not look very smart in charge.... just as intended?
Was there not one boss at DOJ that asked simple questions about all of this nonsense from the beginning? Not even one?
For there to be an investigation there must be a predicate crime. There was not. There never has been. Gregg does a good job of laying this out.... FARA - nope. Logan Act - ridiculous.
This is a fundamental problem within the FBI. Counter-intelligence investigations are different than criminal investigations. The “dossier” was a counter-intelligence investigation so we are supposed to accept that they took that investigation and morphed it into a criminal investigation via the Special Counsel?
Again, why was there not one boss attorney at DOJ that put the brakes on this and demanded to know what the underlying crime was to open a criminal investigation. We know Rosenstein charged ahead with some dubious reasoning. Sally Yates suggested the Logan Act for Flynn.
This should frighten every American. What was the crime? You can accuse me of anything, but for a law enforcement agency to open an investigation there must be at least a reasonable suspicion that I committed a crime. I am still trying to figure out what the crime was that justified a Special Counsel who went full-bore criminal investigation targeting people with process crimes and an old case that had previously been declined for prosecution (Manafort).
Flynn was the crown jewel for Mueller and that is not aging well and it also looks increasingly partisan by the day. Same question - what was the predicate crime violated by Flynn?
Surprise,surprise,surprise!
