I looked at your link and saw at beginning you wrote:

At time 1.55 Dr. Mikovits is asked:

“And so what did they charge you with?”

She responds, “Nothing.”

Now Mr. or Ms. Widget, I look at your statement above “no warrant to arrest her, and no charges” and you said that she LIED about this.

Arresting someone and taking them to jail requires neither warrant nor charges.

An LEO can haul your ass off to jail based on a numberr of factors that don’t require a warrant or charges. All that’s needed is a potential threat for example ‘flight from justice’. She said she was told she was “a fugitive from justice.”

So at the time she was not charged and there was no warrant. She did NOT lie.

There were charges later but they were dropped. When charges are dropped, that means there was no case or there was a plea deal but in Dr.Mikovits’s case, there was no plea deal.

Yet you called her a LIAR. No, it is YOU that is the LIAR or should I be forgiving and just state that you are lazy and stupid?

Go ahead and get angry, that’s my design. Because we are sick of punks appearing on FR who engage their big mouths before engaging their brains without doing any homework.

You may have confused a few folks with your punk ass post but this post here stands in your way.

Because you showed such a defect in your argument right off the bat, it is not worth time going through the rest of your misguided crusade.

I and others have better things to do.

I took the trouble to (1) look it up for myself, (2) write it up, (3) provide the links to back up what I say. I provided the links to show:

• There was a there were criminal charges.
• Affidavits.
• A valid out of county warrant.
• she had a lawyer.

Again, with the links to back up every point, when she claims none of this existed.

Then you call me a liar, accuse me of not doing my homework when you know I did since you admitted you read my post.

What more do I need to say?
