Bill Gates is seeking exemption from legal liability if his (mandatory) vaccine causes side effects (upwards of 700,000 afflicted by his global estimate). Apparently, Mr. Gates was the guest of the late Jeffrey Epstein on the pedo island.
This is enough to disqualify him from having any (ANY) position of trust, and from having any (ANY) input on public health.
