This guy is an idiot. The prerequisite for running as VP is the same as for president. Obama served 8 years. He’s done. Can not run for VP because he can not serve as president.
I agree but he’s flyspecking the actual language of the constitution and I see his point. There is some ambiguity. But not enough. It’s the intention that is most important and that is clear.
Michelle is eligible to be President. She even meets all the criteria for natural-born citizen. All she would have to do is say that she would follow her husband’s advice in all things.
