Correct. And that is an unfortunate policy decision that had to be made to prevent the hoarding and the rush by the uninfected that occurred when Trump first mentioned the drug combination, and that policy is still in effect.
If you remember, it took emergency proclamations by our government to keep the supply from being totally exhausted by the rich and powerful.
