We (both sides of the state line between MO & KS) with the Metro KC area (not voters, mind you) have chosen to sort of act in tandem so one city (and state) create laws/rules that attempt to make life similar for both areas but we also have 5 counties and they aren’t acting in tandem in all this “opening up” stuff at all!
