Judge totally has been compromised if its the same who keeps ignoring Brady violations, and malfeasance of government and law enforcement officials.

One thing I am sure of is that McCabe was deeply involved because the actual architect (probably Brennan and maybe Holder too.) knew of McCabe’s personal animus toward Flynn, which made him the perfect patsy.
