arguing for constitutional rights to spread contagion

Where’s the part in the constitution that says the government (or anyone else) can deny my rights because they *think* I might have a virus, and they *believe” it is far more dangerous and deadly than the flu?

We don’t really have a constitution any more. Its no longer operative.

They make up the rules as they go along. Of course, all the rules happen to benefit them.
