They had decided they wanted to get rid of him, because they disagreed with his policies and priorities.

Think before you spout. Capone was a well known gangster. Flynn was a respected veteran and senior intelligence official who had committed no crimes when the FBI set him up for persecution.
Barr has had an idea of what occurred even before he became the AG.
Remember his (in hindsight) reserved statement at the outset of reviewing these investigations that the media and democrats blasted? He said we need to “make sure these investigations were adequately predicated.”
There was NO predicate for the FBI to target Flynn. None.
FARA violations? Nope. Logan Act violations? Nope. As the incoming National Security Director he has every right to talk to pretty much anyone he wants. He cannot act until the principle assumes the office, but he can talk and negotiate on behalf of his President. Every incoming administration does this.
This investigation was disgusting.

what did Wray know, when did he know it. did he try to withhold this info and screw Flynn in the process, or wish it away? this is just as bad as the initial misdeeds.....he had an ethical and moral responsibility to bring it forward. what am I missing here?
