Vote early and vote often.
Here in Oregon we have hed vote by mail for years. Vote often is a science here. We are able to check the quality of our elections by the positive (greater than one for you mathematicians here) ratio of votes cast to registered voters.
Add to that, due to never updating registrations due to death or moving, that number is already inflated even at a ratio of 1.
