Looks like the judge still wants to play games, a delaying tactic, cannot force himself to admit it was a scam against Flynn.
The judge just ordered the old attorneys to hand evidence of their malfeasance to the new attorney. You know, in case the client wants to sue their asses off.
He can acquit Flynn after that. But making them cough up ALL the documents first is better in the long run.

Delay tactic? Absolutely! Why? Because while Flynn’s case is tied up in court, other related cases of the real perps can’t move forward.
