National Guard or regular Army going to staff? Not denigrating the current workers, but except for being a lousy job, I’m sure our troops can do as well or better, if the others all call in sick.
Troops are also skilled trades and not easily replaced. This situation could last for months. What effect would diverting thousands of troops have on preparedness? What would widespread infections do for preparedness. Longer term, how would misusing troops affect recruitment?
