Actually that isn't the way it is playing out. A lot of countries are filing suits. And Trump and Pompeo have made it clear that they have a lot planned and will let the Chinese know in due course.
Scare the CHICOMS into backing the Dems and then before the election hit the Dems with CHICOM collusion, which Lord knows is the truth anyway.
