I doubt Californias will listn....if the beaches are open they’re going to be there distancing or not.
Unfortunatly he does have the power to close them again. So it’s going to end up if people don’t distance they’ll just shut them down.
But since this entire lockdown was all about lowering the curve so the health care system wouldn’t crash....and they haven’t. So why still keep people home if they’re more than willing to risk getting the virus? If they do the hospitals are ready as I understand it.
