Doing what he is allowed to do by the Constitution. Since this is in Arkansas, maybe Asa Hutchinson should be held accountable for his shelter in place order on March 24th. States rights hamstring Trump from stepping in. He can’t lift a shelter in place order put on by the state government like this. He doesn’t have the authority.
And those orders from their respective governors are the reason we are overburdened with product as it is not being used. The gas industry has more gas than they know what to do with from lack of people on the road. The supply far exceeds the demand.

Yes, but he has declared nationwide emergency and claimed the right to order the states to open up, until he walked that back. In any case, if this comes to a head, and people are suffering in November, the "I was following the Constitution" excuse will not be very convincing to people. In this era, people are conditioned to be creative and find ways around problems, not be a prisoner of a framework.
