While many Americans are hopeful things will go back to normal by summertime, one leading health expert is not so sure the nation will be out of the woods by then.
Dr. Deborah Birx, leading health expert and member of the coronavirus task force, believes social distancing guidelines will be with the nation through the summer.
“Social distancing will be with us through the summer to really ensure that we protect one another as we move through these phases,” Birx said.

Dr. Birx bailed Trump out of the disinfectant controversy. And I’m sure she did it with his blessing. In other words, he respects her. Trump will listen because these people advising him he has come to respect. Doesn’t mean that he’s going to follow everything they say. Trump will figure it out but it’s going to be with the help of Birx and Fauci. At some point you’re going to have to decide whose side you’re on. Because the only alternative is Joe Biden.
Why does she go there why doesn’t she just telecommute from home?

The U.S. tally of coronavirus cases and deaths could soon jump because federal health officials will now count illnesses that are not confirmed by lab testing.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention told states Tuesday to include probable COVID-19 cases in their reports to the agency. Previously, most states reported only lab-confirmed cases and deaths.
