Why would a country with a healthcare system unable to even perceive excess deaths not have an epidemic? Please. They still die from Tetanus in India. Every day.
Another possibility..what is China relationship with China..do they get a lot of Chinese tourist?
Another possibility..what is INDIA’S relationship with China..do they get a lot of Chinese tourist?
“Indias 21-day lockdown may have successfully suppressed the epidemic.”
Could be. In Sri Lanka people were only allowed outside their homes every 3 days for a few hours to get food. This lasted for weeks but now has been relaxed.
The filthy conditions kills them off before they are 80.
How about this simple explanation: No testing= no cases. The US has performed more covid tests than all of the developed world combined thus we have the most cases because we have performed the most tests. People have been dying in the streets of India for years. They are carted off without an autopsy. I would not doubt that recently a lot of those bodies being swept up are from covid.
Don’t they eat a lot of turmeric? I hear it’s a great anti-inflammatory(?) and has a number of benefits.
They’re already full of anti-malarial drugs?
Plus, anyone who has been to South Asia will tell you there is really no such thing as social distancing there. They are some of the most crowded places on earth.
This makes freepanickers sad.
Bingo!
Regards,
In South India there is so much of colds and flu going around during normal times that your immune system gets a very large workout. Something new from China might be taken in its stride.
First of all this thing is not over there
Second of all theyre giving everybody hydroxychloroquine
Because they have diseases that scare the crap out of Covid 19?
Curry powder kills the virus.
(1) Because they have no testing. (If we are short on kids here you can imagine how many India has)
(2) Because thousands of people die every day in India and they cremate them ASAP so the real cause of death is not known.
(3) Because India can’t afford to shut down it’s economy (millions would starve) so better to take a small hit with increased deaths.
(4) Because the virus did not hit India until much later than the USA and Europe - you don’t see many Indians on the ski slopes.
“Why does India, with over a billion people, have so few Covid-19 cases and deaths?”
This is a third world country. Their government is only concerned with two things:
Their own power and protecting the cows.
Just because they finally got around to starting a count somewhere other than one street in New Delhi doesn’t mean that the count is worth anything. For all they know, or care about, half the population could be sick and dying. Just don’t harm the cows.
rwood
Because of Malaria!! Most if not all get the Malaria drug.. Hydroxychloroquine!
This is actually hilarious. If you want to know what a Black Hole of Demand is you need look no farther than India and healthcare. ROTFLMAO.
