I talked to our butcher, yesterday, and asked if they anticipate a shortage in pork, in the coming weeks. He said, No, ma’am....we don’t use the main packing plant and we have plenty of other plants to access pork cuts from.
So, that was good news.
We stocked up on all kinds of cuts of beef (mostly ribeyes, roasts, brisket and burger), chicken and pork....then vacuum seaed all....and put into our three freezers, months ago, when we saw this coming.
