Usually those emails have an ‘unsubscribe’ option you can use. But my experience shows unsubscribing sometimes doesn’t work. I’ve set up an email filter to trash these before I even see them. Filter works like a champ.

I know of one vendor who collects the “Unsubscribe” email addresses and sells them to spammers...
