I had a doctor that worked for me when on Active Duty. She had done an Internal Med type internship so she had done a required year to be a GMO but it wasn’t required for the “Master’s of Public Health” she got at Johns Hopkins. You can go right from Med School to that degree, IIRC. So it IS possible to go to Med School, become and epidemiologist, and never again have to take call or “see” a patient. Which makes it attractive for people who desire that lifestyle (like “have kids”.). She’s been on active duty since and that was ‘93 IIRC. What’s that? 27 years? 0-6 retirement coming up. Pretty sweet. Of course since she is an epidemiologist and there isn’t a lot of work for an epidemiologist she has had to do a lot of deployments to recover bodies.
I saw Scarf Queen on Tapper also, but did not catch how it went. I can’t stand that permanently constipated look on his mug. I hope she righteously b-slapped him.

Kemp was not supposed to start Phase 1 until there was a 14 day downtrend and then go to Phase 1. Georgia is reportedly in an uptrend and Kemp went straight to Phase 3. Big risk and Trump wants nothing to do with it.

These “phases” are based on models that have been wrong at every turn! Trump is choosing to listen to his Drs who’ve been wrong about everything! The Governor is rightly factoring in the element of human suffering that Trump doesn’t really seem to grasp! Waiting another week for phase 2 isn’t going to change anything, but prolonging the human suffering from this this overhyped shutdown! Also, Kemp is using health professionals that he trusts! With the abysmal record of Fauci and Birx can you blame Kemp?
Trump needs to get the Hell out of DC, and away from Fauci and Birx, and tour the nation to witness the suffering first hand, without any filtering from Fauci and Birx! Kemp was absolutely right to have those in his state voluntarily open their businesses back up! He isn’t forcing anybody to do anything!
Sorry, but Trump was acting like a freaking bully last week to a fellow Republican in front of the Fake News! This was inexcusable! Kemp is showing true compassion for the people of Georgia! If Trump has a personal issue with Kemp, let him keep it private! Airing that crap to the Fake News was bad form in spades!
F Chuck Todd couldn’t get Dr Birx to respond to any of his accusations of Trump or Pense. She was strict,ly business on both shows, too much info for me to relate.Maria asked her about remaining non political and about too many press conferences. Bird said there’s new information every day that the. Public need.
