Ok, how about the jailing of people for leaking the calls between the US and Australia and Mexico. Similar timeline, could be same people for leaking Flynn's.

As it turns out, the persons who leaked those calls where Lt Col Vindman the unassailable and Eric Ciaramella, anonymous “whistleblower” coached by Adam Schitt.
Not one of these people have to worry about legal issues.
