Most voters in general support President Trump’s temporary freeze on legal immigration to give Americans a better chance in the post-coronavirus job market. Most Democrats do not.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 57% of Likely U.S. Voters favor a temporary halt to most immigration because of the economic impact of the coronavirus. Thirty-one percent (31%) are opposed, while 13% are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Fifty-two percent (52%) agree with the president’s rationale for the temporary freeze: “By pausing immigration, we will help put unemployed Americans first in line for jobs. We must first take care of the American worker.” Thirty-eight percent (38%) disagree.

I’ve had those thoughts about many issues, that whatever the Democrat party line is on something, in most cases, I have a differing opinion.
It would be really nice to have a hall to visa workers. But that is not what Trump did. Which is why nobody screaming except us.

From about the 1920s the United States severly reduced immigration until sometime after world war 2.
The USA needs to halt ALL immigration until we have removed the 30+ million illegal aliens and assimilated the real immigrants already here legally who are not yet Americans in every sense.
He only halted 10%, hardly meaningful, but better than nothing.
Leftists and their media wankers will be against Trump and the country. They truly care nothing for the People of America.
When the american public finally figures this out enough I wouldn’t want to be those leftists.
