I think he “fights” because it draws viewers but he’s got to be seen as the good guy in his fights.
I think cutting back on the press briefings makes sense, or at least cutting back on his presence in the briefings.
unless you plan to carry on with all this nonsense every flu season (which can be far more deadly than covid19), why would you do daily press conferences at all?
they just play into the panic narrative the Dems/MSM hope to keep going til November.
