So I wonder when the first 14 day phase begins or has it begun? Phase 1 is basically status quo. They had to have a 4 phase opening because Trump has a 3 phase opening. They could suggest that Trump’s plan is good except the folowing pahase 2,3,&4 are basically PDJT’s. I live in Nashville so I’d like things to work out.

I don't know. Gov Lee said restaurants in 89 counties could open half occupancy next week. Not sure if that includes Nashville or not.

But here's the chart of new cases for all of Tennessee. It's not a declining 14 days.
