Perhaps Rush being caught up in learning as much as he can about all the medical treatments out there for his cancer has caused him to go out on a limb on the treatment methods of coronavirus. Just a guess.

However on his return he did nothing but criticize the models with his primary point of reference being his valid criticism of climate models.
