May he rest in peace. He was 86. Sad, but not exactly a tragedy. It could have just as easily have been the flu, pneumonia, or a minor fall.
My great-uncle was 94. He chewed snuff. New York State recorded his cause of death as tobacco use.
I’ll be damn happy to see 86 and I would expect loved ones to celebrate my long life.
