Also, while the trials are going on, are Doctors allowed to use their judgment and use this drug combo on an off-the-shelf basis the way some states in the USA are doing? Or are they going to ban its use altogether pending the results of the trial?
As far as I am aware the intent is to trial on all serious cases and as a prevention measure for the less serious. Our numbers are so low it would hardly be a big enough study if they didnt.
