Jobs and education, since China ( through her Belt and Road initiative ) has loaned lots of money to their countries and in effect ( because these African countries could not pay back their loans ), own or control a huge chunk of their infrastructure like their ports.
I have seen many Africans who actually speak Mandarin very well.
