Stupid people are almost always stronger.

Think of it as devolution in action.

Perhaps in the short term stupidity, banality do appear to triumph because they aid evil. However, I prefer the theology of the cross philosophy to explain the ultimate outcome:

“... the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” I Corinthians 1:25

Jesus’ death on the cross - God’s weakness - enables his people to show His love and forgiveness to the world; which ultimately overcomes its suffering and death.

As Jesus claims:

“In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world.”
