Somebody said the double fridge setup behind her may be as much as $40K. At least > 20K.

I have one of those Subzero units. 6K 15 years ago when I built my home.

I have Subzeros, Wolf etc. in my kitchen. I’d guess those are a refrigerator/freezer pair. About $16,000.
