China didn't report the disease in Wuhan until January 21; so what was China doing during this 'lag time' from identifying the disease, until they reported it ?
They prepped themselves by purchasing Personal Protection Equipment, N-95 respirators, ventilators, and other equipment from abroad,
and recalled all Chinese manufactured equipment that they had stored elsewhere, in foreign warehouses.
They knew what disease they had on their hands and without signaling to the rest of the world, they took care and made efforts to protect themselves,
while keeping the rest of the world ignorant of the medical situation.
Therefore, this 'lag time', actually demonstrates depraved indifference to the rest of the world.
The true crime is not just the 'lag time' in failure to notify the rest of the world, but also their medical preparation activities during this lag time.
Knowing of the disease, the government allowed their own citizens to celebrate New Years, spreading the disease,
and at the conclusion of the holiday, allowing the infected to disperse internationally.
This indicates international malice with intent and prejudice !
